Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Galaxy AI Agent Chrome extension ("Galaxy", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

These Terms apply to all users of Galaxy, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Galaxy is a Chrome browser extension that acts as an autonomous browser agent. It allows you to instruct an AI model — provided by a third-party service you configure — to perform tasks within your browser, including navigating websites, filling forms, scraping data, and completing multi-step workflows.

Galaxy does not provide AI capabilities itself. It interfaces with AI providers you configure (Ollama, OpenRouter, or other compatible services). Your use of those providers is governed by their respective terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Galaxy. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Galaxy only for lawful purposes. You must not use Galaxy to:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites in violation of their Terms of Service or robots.txt
• Automate fraudulent activity, including fake account creation, click fraud, or spam
• Circumvent security measures, authentication systems, or access controls on any website
• Harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts through the extension

You are solely responsible for the tasks you instruct Galaxy to perform and for any consequences arising from those actions.

5. Free Plan

The free plan provides 10 tasks per day at no charge, with no time expiry. We reserve the right to adjust the free plan limits with reasonable notice. The core agent functionality will remain available on the free plan.

6. Paid Plans and Billing

6.1 Pricing

Paid plans are available on a monthly subscription ($29/month), annual subscription ($147/year), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($290). Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Billing

Payments are processed by Polar.sh. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Polar's Terms of Service. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Polar account dashboard.

6.3 No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Galaxy does not offer refunds on paid plans.

Galaxy provides a permanently free plan that includes full autonomous agent capabilities and 10 tasks per day — with no credit card required and no time limit. This free tier constitutes a complete, unrestricted evaluation period. By choosing to purchase a paid plan, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to test Galaxy's functionality and are satisfied it meets your needs.

Because users can fully evaluate the product before any financial commitment, we do not accept refund requests based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI model outputs, or features not meeting expectations.

If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents the extension from functioning on your device, contact us at support@galaxyagent.click. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer account credit or a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period.

6.4 Lifetime License

A lifetime license grants you perpetual access to Galaxy as it exists at the time of purchase, plus all future updates released during the active development of the product. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not any specific period of time.

7. License Keys

Upon purchase, you receive a license key tied to your purchase. License keys are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or shared. Using a license key on more than one device simultaneously is permitted for personal use.

8. Third-Party AI Providers

Galaxy integrates with third-party AI providers including but not limited to Ollama and OpenRouter. Your use of these providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or safety of AI model outputs
• Downtime, rate limits, or changes to third-party provider APIs
• Costs you incur through your chosen AI provider
• Data handling practices of third-party providers

9. Intellectual Property

Galaxy AI Agent and all associated code, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the extension without express written permission.

You retain full ownership of any data you create, collect, or export using Galaxy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Galaxy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Galaxy, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption
• Actions taken by the AI agent on websites
• Website bans or blocks resulting from automated activity
• Costs incurred through third-party AI providers
• Loss of business or revenue

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Galaxy, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Galaxy at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Paid subscribers will receive notice before any features included in their plan are removed.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Galaxy if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Galaxy at any time by uninstalling the extension. On termination, locally stored data can be cleared by removing the extension.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Galaxy after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
